Rodyk acted for RZB Bank in an S$800 million loan to Indonesia's Lippo Bank for the acquisition of shares in Overseas Union Enterprise Ltd. The matter was led by finance partner Tan Joo Thye, and assisted by senior associate Yaw Hai Hong and associates Timothy Tan, Cheoh Yen Han and Loke Wanqing.
