Rodyk represented SAC Capital Private Limited and UOB Kay Hian Private Ltd in the listing and initial public offering (IPO) of China Farm Equipment Limited, the first China company from Hunan province to list on the SGX. The IPO raised S$22.4 million. Corporate partner Valerie Ong was assisted by associate Yang Kai Hsien.
