Rodyk acted for HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, as the trustee of Fortune REIT and purchaser, in relation to the acquisition by Fortune REIT of (a) the HK$1,250 million Belvedere Garden Property, and (b) the HK$650 million Provident Centre Property. Both are commercial properties located in Hong Kong, and are major acquisitions and connected person transactions for Fortune REIT.
