Rodyk represented Singapore Airlines in litigation arising from the crash of SQ 006 in Taipei in October 2000. This included all passenger and crew claims. The case involved coordination with overseas Counsel and issues concerning choice of law, choice of forum and the extent of sovereign immunity in the context of international conventions and treatises. The team was led by Lok Vi Ming, SC.
