Rodyk acted for the developer, a joint venture between CapitaLand and Hotel Properties Limited (HPL) in the sale of the units in The Interlace, a condominium housing development, situated at Alexandra Road/Depot Road area, comprising 23 blocks of 6/12/18/24-storey apartments, commercial use at first storey and relevant ancillary facilities.
