Rodyk acted for the lenders, OCBC and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, in a S$78.2 million credit facility package to finance the purchase and redevelopment of 22 properties. The transaction was led by finance partner Cerintha Chia and supported by associate Cindy Quek.
