Rodyk acted for the lenders National Australia Bank Limited and Commonwealth Bank of Australia in a S$128.8 million secured term loan to finance MI-REIT's acquisition of an initial portfolio of 12 industrial properties and future acquisitions. MI-REIT was listed on SGX-ST on 19 April 2007. The deal was led by finance partner Cerintha Chia and supported by corporate partner Jacqueline Loke, real estate partner Melanie Lim and associate Tan Shijie.
