We represent major developers, domestic and foreign banks, finance companies and institutions, and corporate borrowers, including small and medium enterprises.

Our team acted for South Africa's Standard Bank, which handled the sale of S$522.2 million top rated bonds issued by developers CapitaLand and the Lippo Group. The bonds were secured by future payments for two high end residential projects, which were reportedly sold out. We acted for OCBC in a S$472.58 million land and construction loan facility for the acquisition and redevelopment of 119 properties. Our team represented National Australia Bank and Commonwealth Bank of Australia in MI-REIT’s initial acquisition of 12 industrial properties and future acquisitions.
