We are familiar with special category properties and the regulations governing the lease and use of such properties, including private-public partnership schemes. These include Urban Redevelopment Authority, JTC Corporation, Housing & Development Board and Executive Condominium properties.

We have extensive experience representing clients in sale and leaseback transactions (both on an individual unit basis and entire development basis). Our team manages large commercial leasing portfolios for our clients comprising major developers and institutional investors.
