Winnie Liew is a tax director at Rodyk & Davidson LLP and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Winnie's extensive experience spans Singapore corporate and individual taxation, regional and international taxation and Singapore Goods and Services Tax.
Her areas of particular expertise include international tax structuring, advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations, the use of tax treaties for maximum tax benefit, addressing transfer pricing issues, dividend planning, structuring debt/equity for maximum tax efficiency, planning tax and fiscal incentives and assisting clients with analysing possible incentives and in negotiation of those incentives with relevant authorities such as Economic Development Board and International Enterprise Singapore, liaison on tax issues and application for tax rulings with the relevant authorities.
